From First Appointment to Optometrist

At Edmonds & Slatter Opticians, we are proud to deliver the highest standard of patient eye care, and we are delighted to welcome Lindsay-Leigh Scott to our experienced optometry team.

Lindsay is now one of our resident Optometrists, working across our Blaby, Lutterworth and Kibworth practices. Interestingly, her journey with Edmonds & Slatter began as a patient at our Lutterworth practice.

After completing work experience with us during sixth form, Lindsay was inspired to pursue a career in Optometry. Following her graduation from Aston University, Lindsay has returned to the practice that first sparked her passion and is now providing exceptional patient care with professionalism and a friendly approach.

Outside of the practice, Lindsay enjoys keeping active at the gym and spending time watching sports with family and friends. Speaking about her journey, Lindsay said: “Before becoming an Optometrist, I was a patient here, and my eyecare journey began at Edmonds & Slatter. I’m delighted to now provide the same high-quality care that inspired me to join the profession, and I look forward to welcoming patients for their eye appointments.”
