15 Years of Excellence in Eyewear

This month, Edmonds & Slatter Opticians proudly celebrates the 15-year service anniversary of Dan O’Hara, our Laboratory Manager.

Dan joined our award-winning practice in 2010 and over the years has taken the reins of our glazing laboratory, leading a talented team and ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship in every pair of spectacles produced.

As a fully qualified SMc Tech Lab Technician, Dan is responsible for constructing the intricately glazed spectacle orders across all five of our independent practices. His precision, skill, and dedication have made him an indispensable part of our team.

This week, Dan was honoured with a celebratory bottle of whiskey, presented by Operations Manager Linda Southin. Linda shared her appreciation, saying, “We are very lucky to have such a skilled and dedicated craftsman like Dan as part of our team.”
